When I was still a young girl superpowers did not seem so abstract to me as they did when I turned 35! I had worked in corporate for some time and I had forgotten all about my superpowers! I rediscovered them when I took the StrengthsFinder Test and was quite amazed as I realized that my Top 5 themes where not the ones I predominantly used at work. For me they were so obvious that I did not spend a minute thinking about them.

It was not until the day when my new boss said to me: "Bianca, don't worry about the workshop, just go and shine and be a star!!" that I realized how much power lies in appreciation and lifting other people up when you are a leader! As we tend to focus on what's not working, on what can be improved. Which results in low self esteem and unengagement as high as 85% across the worldwide working population. Isn't that crazy?
